I'm sure you're all dying to know how BIRTHDAY WEEK went! k probably not but i'll try and give you some deets. actually i can't remember a lot of specifics but it was a super good week! everyone behaved themselves which was nice. oh i know...we started finishing our room! for those of you unaware of the sitch we're living at my parents house in a massive but unfinished room. by unfinished we're talkin concrete floors with some carpet scraps and just sheetrock(sp?) for walls. well with a baby closer than ever to arriving we all finally got motivated enough to get the job done. my mom and seth and our friend tammy forth have been real troopers texturing all the walls. they're almost done and we should be painting by this weekend! with the carpet to follow soon. it'll be so nice to finally have it all done and i'll be at peace with bringing the baby home. which leads right into what we did for my birthday! nothing too fancy but it was a great day. most of the day was actually spent getting a bunch of things for our little one including a crib.(finally!!!!) and then we ended the day going to olive garden. fun times with the fam. oh wait one last thing...how could i forget we got a new bed! it's not here yet but i think by the end of this week. in a roundabout way it was a birthday gift that i've kinda been freaking out about. end scene.
