I cannot workout without listening to music. I like stuff with a good beat/tempo. Every once in awhile real intense songs with screaming will do it for me but I usually stick with stuff you can dance to. I've spent many an hour searching the internet looking for new songs to add to my ipod. Currently I have a lot of songs in my workout playlist that I haven't gotten tired of as fast as I usually do and I thought I would share a few of them in case anybody is looking :)
adele-cold shoulder
beyonce-single ladies (put a ring on it)
janet jackson-so much betta
rihanna-breakin' dishes
sam sparrow-black and gold
the ting tings-shut up and let me go, that's not my name
santogold-creator
daft punk-technologic
beck-clap hands
robots in disguise-dj's got a gun
gorillaz-feel good inc
juanes-la camisa negra
nelly furtado-maneater
lupe fiasco-superstar
wisin & yandel-rakata
don omar-perreando
n.o.r.e.-oye mi canto
daddy yankee-like you
modest mouse-float on
I realize some of these have been around for awhile, they're just ones I have yet to get tired of and some are ones I just discovered. I also understand that reggaeton lyrics are really dirty but I don't speak spanish and therefore don't really know what they're saying. I guess you have to decide if it's ok to listen to or not. I love it and I'm really righteous so...
