And here are my personal pros and cons for growing it out.
Pros: can do more with it/more versatile, give me a different look than I've had for a few years, I like how long hair looks on OTHER people(hoping it might look good on me too), Seth has hinted that he would like to see me with long hair(but likes short too), don't wanna get stuck in a rut and end up with the same haircut for the next 60 years.
Cons: I love having short hair, easy to do/low maintenance, seems more "summery", Brooklyn can't pull it as easily, not sure if long hair would compliment my features, less hassle, not sure if I have nice enough(texture/shine/thickness) for long, new mom=won't always have time to fix it=may always have it in a ponytail.
And now here are some pictures to aid your decision. I haven't had long hair since high school, which would be about 4 years ago. If I were to grow it out this time around I would probably add side swept bangs and layers :]

Your face can pull off either look. However, I'm more of a fan of the short cut, so I vote that one! And it is perfect for summer. You can always grow it out later.
I'm debating too! I swore I would cut mine off and donate it months ago and I can't let it go... But if I knew mine was going to be as cute as yours short I would do it in a heartbeat!
i like it short carly. :)
i'm the same way, try to grow it out, get to the annoying stage, and it's gone. but, i think that short hair is spunky and fun, just like us. :)
I love long hair, but it is soo hard to grow out and keep healthy! So...my solution, buy clip on extensions that I can put in whenever I want (super easy & quick). I wore them for my wedding..
It might be hard to find nice extension in your area though. If you are ever in Seattle I know some good places:)
