Obsession

I promise current pictures of the princess will be coming soon. It's just kind of hard to capture any since she is really into checking herself out and if I try to take a picture on my phone she grabs it to turn it around before I can snap a pic and if I use the real camera she just runs towards it to look at herself, again. And again. Buuuut I'm working on it.

Ok back to me (inside joke). But seriously. If you know me well, or probably even slightly you know that I am more than obsessed with music. All kinds. I could probably freak you out with how many kinds I like and know. There are some exceptions, such as smooth jazz...I can't even talk about it or I get ill. Literally and figuratively. You're weird.

...Anyway. My musical tastes even extend to classical and opera. And MUSICALS! I love me a good musical. My little sister McKenzie is currently in her high school's rendition of Les Miserables. We went to see it last Saturday and I fell truly madly deeply (summer of 8th grade anyone?) in love with the music. I had watched the movie with Liam Neeson so I knew the basic story line, and Seth always sings bits and pieces of songs in the shower but that was the extent of my exposure. Well then we get home and the Husband gets on youtube and shows me the performances from the 10th anniversary concert. Oh my. Since then I have been watching the songs over and over every night before I go to bed. It has re-inspired me to learn how to sing well. I just hope the neighbs are up for MY rendition.

And for fun-zies I'll include my cleaning playlist. Enjoy :]

Les Miserables is the best! I am glad Seth FINALLY let you in on it. What was he thinking to wait so long? :) I always love to read your posts.
